Important party info to know
- Party Packages require a Reservation. A $100 deposit is required at time of reservation.
- All laser tag players must be at least 42” tall and parties are booked for children turning 6 or older. No exceptions.
- Guests who are not playing laser tag will not be permitted to enter the laser tag briefing room, vesting room, or arena.
- If you would prefer, you are welcome to bring your own plates, napkins, and balloons.
- You are welcome to bring banners and other decorations. All decorations will need to be taped with painters masking tape so as not to damage the walls. The ceilings have hanging metal channel with LED color changing lights. Any hanging decorations need to be taped to the side of the metal channeling and not hung off or over the metal channel (so as not to damage the LED strip lighting).
- Outside Food Policy:
- Outside food and beverages are permitted with a Party Package Only. Alcohol is Not permitted.
- Any outside food must arrive with party. battleBLAST will not be responsible for accepting any food deliveries.
- No appliances that plug in will be permitted. Crockpots are OK if NOT plugged in.
- No chafing dishes and No Sterno.
- We would prefer you not to bring chips / popcorn. Excessive messes will be imposed an excessive cleaning fee (see below).
- Any parties which result in excessive cleaning will be required to pay a cleaning fee of $50 per room. Examples include:
- Cake Fights
- Marker on tables/walls
- Confetti on floors
- Chips/popcorn on floors
- Your party room time will be 2 hours from reserved party start time. Your party host will explain party schedule and end time upon arrival.
- Your party schedule, eating time, and laser tag games are pre-scheduled and reserved. Any last minute changes in schedule are subject to game availability and restricted by party room time.
- Your party host will be available to assist your party until the end of the party room time. Party bill must be settled up with party host at the end of party room time.
- Upon completion of your party room time, all items (pizza, cake, presents) must be promptly removed from the party room by the customer. Leaving the room late will incur a late fee of $30 every 15 minutes past room time.
- Please be sure to keep a watchful eye on personal property, party gifts, and cards. battleBLAST Laser Tag will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Laser tag games will not be private to your group. To reserve Private Laser Tag games you must book a MEGA 30 player party.
- MEGA Parties (30+ players) are restricted to a maximum of 30 players to play in the same private game.
- We will call to confirm your party and order party food a few days prior.
- If for some reason you need to cancel, reschedule, or change to a different party package you must notify battleBLAST at least two (2) weeks prior to your party date. Your deposit is non-refundable after two (2) weeks prior to your party.
